Business Development (in HCMC)



  • Responsible the Sales target set for the business.
  • Follow up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
  • Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Meet and work with Architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
  • Prepares and presents quotation/ tender and acquires customer orders.
  • Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.


  • Experience: not mandatory, candidate will be trained
  • Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable
  • Fluent English skill
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to work actively and independently
  • Working full day: 8.00a.m – 5.00p.m from Monday to Saturday morning.
